
Pioneer Challenge
Pioneer came to The Iona Group to put together a 3-4 day North American Sales meeting that will both energize and inform Pioneer’s sales force. This meeting needs to communicate with the sales force the key messages related to Pioneer’s strategy for the coming year. This meeting also serves as a debrief of the previous sales year’s results.
How We Helped
Iona, working closely with Pioneer, developed the meeting theme and logo as well as supporting media to assist in communicating the key messages. Iona also provided expertise and on-site staffing to stage the General Sessions each day. Over the years this meeting has been held in a variety of locations throughout the United States.
Connection Made
For the past several years Iona has continued to help Pioneer with these critical meetings. Feedback from attendees has been extremely positive and the interface between the Pioneer staff and Iona’s staff on-site has been seamless.
