Bugtracker
As your project moves from define to design and develop, when appropriate, we use an online system to submit and track issues (in software development parlance, bugs). The system is always available, supports secure login and allows for easy reporting and issue tracking as change requests get filtered through the application. Automatic email notification for both client and Iona staff involved on the project ensures speedy response and unparalleled service.
