Midway Airport Video Kiosk
What does Chicago have to do with Midway, an obscure island in the Pacific Ocean? There are some fascinating connections that tie Chicago to one of the most critical battles in World War II. Midway Airport was renamed in 1949 to honor this battle. With the help of several corporate sponsors, Midway Airport has installed a restored SBD dive bomber and supporting information kiosks to commemorate this historical battle.

MSI - New U-505 Experience
The Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago had a high profile, one-of-a-kind U-boat/artifact that was rusting away outside of the main building. MSI has had over 2 million visitors since the exhibit opened in 1954 and they needed to “breathe new life” into the exhibit. Seven years ago the Museum began to raise the necessary funds to bring the U-boat inside and to tell the dramatic story associated with its capture.

Caterpillar: 100 Years on Track
Track-type tractors are the signature “bulldozers” that have been the foundation of the Caterpillar brand and a key component in driving their worldwide growth. This revolutionary machine celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2004. Caterpillar wanted their employees, customers and visitors to better understand the tremendous contribution that track-type tractors have made throughout the world. The Iona Group became a key player in the design and development of a fully interactive and comprehensive exhibit about Cat track-type tractors that is currently prominently on display in the TTT facility in East Peoria, Illinois. Whether it was construction, mining, forestry, agriculture, war and in virtually every area of the world, TTT was there.
