The Iona Group uses an approach that is time-tested and has been used successfully on many different projects. As with any methodology or common process, it is important to understand the activities and steps and to have the people who know how to successfully develop the deliverables. The Iona Group has used this approach for years in developing many different types of experiences and indeed to successfully deliver projects of all sizes, scope and functionality. This process provides an overall framework by which projects are estimated, planned and executed.
The 4D Approach
As The Iona Group works with a client, we tailor the overall process to fit the client and the project to the success expectations. We work very closely with the client especially on the front-end of the project as we plan the success of the project. The process that The Iona Group uses to guide our planning and working on a project has been used successfully on many projects. We use the term “4D” for the approach, which refers to the 4 Phases of the work.
Critical Success Factors
There are a number of critical success factors (CSFs) which strongly influence the overall success of projects of any size and complexity. By highlighting these CSFs and working closely with our clients very early in the project, The Iona Group believes the project can be best positioned for success.
